Right? I haven't been this into a band since the Cure in the late 80's or Nine Inch Nails in the early 90's! Then I found Ghost a few years back, and somehow they haven't disappointed.
I saw them opening for Children of Bodom back in 2016 or so. I wasn't really into them. But over the past couple of years I'm borderline die hard. Their Kiss the Goat and Mary on a Cross song just left me always craving more 😂

Could not agree more, and isn't it effin' great. Once upon a time, rock bands would tour their 'latest album' and play those tracks for most of their concert. And the fans would love it & sing along, as they had the album & played it till it wore out. Then rock became a tired collection of bands just touring greatest hits sets as anything new they dared play live would ignored & used as a beer run. The great thing about TF's vision is he has somehow made Ghost a return to those great days where they can walk out a new song and everyone already knows it, sings it and loves it. And no one leaves, Ghost fans WANT to hear these new songs live. Its so good to see this again. Look at their setlist, Impera almost took it over in just a few months after release. And the next album may do the same
@@sbg911 That's something I love about Ghost fans. They actually *WANT* to hear the band's new music and get excited over it. I can't remember an audience getting this pumped over a band playing something new since somewhere around '94. The music business is in a sorry state right now, but Ghost are an awesome exception to the boring rule.
Saw them in Milwaukee a couple of weeks ago and they ended the show with square hammer and we all were singing it was amazing, was hoping they did this and life eternal but oh well it was a blast nonetheless
If you think it was written 40 years ago so he adds up to date words like Facebook ,scre*ed and instead of “he’s telling me I’m doing alright “ he says “I’m doing okie dokie” ,it makes me smile every time 😂
