As Senna you can also collect Souls for your passive with your Q, use your Q at wards and every single aa refund 1s (hurrycanes + rageblade shorten the cooldown much faster. Like you literally got 2s cd instead of 9s with full 40%CDR)

About this around 2:10 ) they have stated many times when they release a new champion they like to have their skins not too different so the player base and new people can understand the champion better. When tahm was getting released, he was supposed to have a Cheshire Cat Alice in wonderland skin but it was scraped because it was too different and they didn’t want it to feel like there were 2 new champs. In a skin like Annie-versary, Teemo and Annie are 2 extremely recognizable champions, so having a big teemo isn’t much of an issue as we all know teemo.
