Carla Beck's ideas are really nothing new. She uses a lot of recycled ideas. Consulting healthcare professionals to see how to fix healthcare is a nice gesture but the consultative process can be largely ornamental as they're ultimately under no obligation to follow through on potentially costly recommendations these consultations might generate. They still need personnel. Her answer about the carbon tax didn't make a lot of sense either and I'm glad that the host aptly challenged her on that. She offered the American approach as a concept instead suggesting any costed alternatives to carbon pricing. Saskatchewan needs change but I'm sorry that this appears to be only alternative.
That’s typical Premier Moe behaviour. He only governs/speaks/listens to who he chooses. He has no interest in governing for all Saskatchewanians.
