After former CM Ms. Jayalalitha's death and resignation of OPS ,in 2017 the then Governor of TamilNadu Vidhyasagar Rao played a major role in delaying Sasikala's appeal to become CM and saved TamilNadu and AIADMK party.

While studying polity I came to know that Dr.Rajendra prasad had once used absolute veto power. If so then how it differs from suspensive or pocket veto.
President of India doesnt have Absolute veto power with respect to Central Govt. He has with state Govt but that also he can advise on centre only
