As soon as I saw the video about the quest and that you can get Marigold and Chronobag, I immediately went into the game and now I have these two characters.
Try get a mouse and click ur characters and let the mouse on the Character selection then scroll down! I used to have a same problem but someone helped me so hope this helps
On my phone in note 2 it doesn't let me and I can't read note 2 and if I don't read it I won't be able to skip to the next stage, so how is it done on a cell phone?

You have to click marinette then the outfit button then find Chronobug and that's all! 😊

You go to marinette then click on hee outfits and it says chronobug then transform and it works
