I think the Black Spectacles lectures often lack depth and are a more general review / introduction. It would be great if more like this could be added. Why isn’t this available on the website? Also, while I am hear already making a comment it would be great if you could add all of the practice exams TH-cam videos to the website as well (could just be a link).
Mike Hanahan has a series on TH-cam where he breaks down the A201 and the B101, really fantastic and in-depth explanations- around 5 hours on each document.
Question: regarding notice of cancellation 54:44, if the owner was already paying for the insurance premium, and contractor gets cancelled, and owner pays "again", then how does the owner get reimbursed for that extra cost? thanks

It switched over on October 1st, 2018.
