Do not choose yung nasa 2nd floor. yung mas accessible. yung 1st branch nga namin 6 tables lang but we earn 15k a day. kahit 50sqm lang ok na .location and accesibility is key talaga u can always expand if u think its time to expand na. ubcan always start small i prefer d 1st one kasi mas kunti nlng gagawin and e renovate nyo.

Hi mommy Haidee and Hazel! For me, since magkakalapit lang ung location na gusto nyo, Location #1 is okay for a start-up business (small scale of crowd). Then kapag nakita nyo na nagboom ang business, you can further expand/lumipat to Location#3. Kasi smaller space means lesser maintenance.
i like option #1 🙂 nakita ko kanina in person yung choices. hehe. yung option #3 has been available for so long. feeling ko bagay sya sa gym, co-working space, etc. Also, parang the space is a little big considering parking is difficult. Options 1 and 2, parang okay sa cafes pero Option 2 walang CR. Cafe = drinks. Hence, needs wiwian. Haha. Effort kung lalabas pa to use the bathroom. Option 1 may CR na at naka-layout na ang kitchen. It has nice pillars din. Lighting and mirror na lang to make the interior look bigger. konting ayos na lang. 🙂 Also, easy to spot kapag nasa sasakyan at scouting for an appealing resto while passing Maginhawa. Also ground floor so makaka-attract ng nadaan lang - na-curious - pumasok - kumain. 😅 I'm excited to see how it'll turn out. ❤️

Location number 3, Perfect for hide out okay naman po yung daan papuntang 2nd floor, mas malaki mas madami ma a-accomodate especially kapag nakuha nyo yung attention ng mga customers. ❤️ No matter what it is congrats po God speed. 😇

Personally, as a costumer i am the kind of costumer na kung ano lng makita ko na parang maganda pupuntahan ko. So I’m suggesting that you should choose loc #1 konting design lang. Pero if you will pick loc. #3 , its ok too pero kailangan niyong mag advertise ng sobra.

For me It’s better to have a big place if your target market is for everyone. Pag pang student yung the usual na gusto nila is more on may space na mapapag aralan at kung sa Quezon Ave kayo maraming Call Center na malapit dyan especially kung malapit kayo sa centris sobrang mahilig ang mga call center agent sa milk tea lalo na mga TL namin na nahihit yung target ang pinaka break is milk tea talaga 😍 Hope you notice this kasi isa akong CC agent sa centris please
