RIP 8:04 perfect example of why everyone should use individual binds for healing items instead of the healing wheel. You don't have to waste time trying to move to the correct heal and you don't have any chance of accidentally selecting / using the wrong heal. I get that you weren't paying enough attention to your health, but I think the point still stands.
