Looking ok. Elbows up. Stay smooth like you are and the speed will come.
I have a hard time with the elbows up thing.
What GoPro are you using?
Hero 9. Only problem I have with it is that it takes some of the depth away, so you don't get a true sense of height or even inclines when on trails.
