- I'm back from my vacation to England and I'm ready to get back to the action! In this video I start off in a triaxle Peterbilt while I get a new seat put into my Kenworth tractor. I also start pulling a brand new East dump trailer.
I wish every company and driver had the same respect for their equipment as you guys, great rigs and a great TH-camr!
Thank you Joe
I.gues.its.nice 2.have.clean trk to work on
New seat, new floor, and new trailer. Your living the good life. Truck looks great, thanks Mike.
Nothing to complain about ☺️
Boss just order a new seat for my Mack CH 613 old ones stuffing is blowing all over the cab. Hopefully it's a quality seat knock on 🪵
I like the Triaxle you guys take great pride with keeping them clean great job keep up the good work.

Thank you so much Wayne!
I don’t think there’s a better ol boy in the country than the Boston trucker !!!! A true trucker with diesel fuel running through his veins.
Aww shucks ☺️ you're to kind.
That was a nice looking Pete there Mike.
Thanks David ☺️
What a small world , thought I caught a glimpse of one of ACs trucks rolling by my shop on Depot Rd in Westmister , just had this pop up and I see you rolling out of the pit and back up Depot Rd to 2. I'll keep my eye out for you bro . Give a blast on the horns when you go by the brick and tan bldg with the 2 white overheads . You Da Man Mike 👍
Thanks Wayne! We haul sand out of the Powell pit but I haven't been there in weeks. That was probably the T800. You'll know mine because you'll have to put your shades on when I come by 😎
Welcome back Mate,
Have a wonderful day Mike!
Cheers!
Thanks Jamie

Thank you Diego ☺️
Hey Mike, glad your back Trucking, hope you had a great vacation i still use the CB here in the UK every day... very quiet these days, but old habits die hard i guess.
Love the channel Mike old Skool Trucking at it's best, cannot beat it.
Stay safe Man, Paul.... Tarmac Junkie 👌👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Paul, it was so much fun! Peace & grease 😎
Dam that is a good looking tanum.
Nice Freight Classic
Pete sounds good!
Thank you
Love the old Pete, they never lose their class.
No they don't! Better with age.
I'm so glad I don't have to share a rig anymore it nice to jump in and go nothings out of place or dirty
I don't share my tractor with anyone. The spare truck which for now is the triaxle is used when our tractors are in the shop and thank God, the 4 drivers are all pretty clean.
That does rattle quite nicely 👌
Yes and with mufflers too!
Try axel brings me back. Your truck and trailer look great! Thank, enjoyed the video.
Thanks G-Man ☺️
Just subscribed….I like what I see😌
Welcome aboard! My video channel started back in 2009 so you've got some catching up to do. ☺️ Thanks for subscribing!
I dig the pinstripes and hand lettering and colors .I'm assuming the pinstripes were hand done to.
Hey! Enjoy your video’s, you love your job, you keep your truck clean.. anyone out there running old Mack’s?
B61..B81’s I grew up around those trucks my dad was a concrete contractor .
Keep en clean!
Thank you. I see a few once in awhile still running.
👍👍👍👍👍👍
☺️
I think it would be cool to have just once a sassy lot lizard ride with you for a day. I can't say that anyone has made a video of it yet. I've got alot more ideas if it is you end up liking that one . Hopefully you have one who's decent to look at and wears a hippie bandana or a red cowboy hat ride with you . Hell ,she can even have a bad coke habit . It's all good.
You must have missed this one but it's up your alley. th-cam.com/video/ziEwbTAUOgs/w-d-xo.html
"Rev the gas a little cause it sounds cool" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤷😁🤣
I personally love the ole skool Pete tri axel .
Ive always loved that truck plus I'm a Pete guy.
O-H-I-O Porter greetings!🇺🇸 I still use a CB…in my pickup & van both. I don’t listen to it much due to the bad language, but I do like having it. I would rather listen to my favorite music when I’m driving.🥰 I love the sound of the Cat engine in the dump truck as well as your KW. There’s nothing like the sound of one. That Freightliner sounded like a Detroit. Your new trailer is so cool! It has a door?! Is that really used?🤩 It just looks odd, but could probably be quite useful. Hey, do you need a rider? LOL! So they use a lot of cabovers in the New England states?! WOW! More people are using them it seems, but I’m not used to seeing them on a regular basis. I guess I need to take a trip to that area! That would be a head knocker for us! It would make a great video series!🤩 It was quite good to get your KW back, wasn’t it!? 🥰 Glad you had a nice vacation. We try to give our boys lots of trip experience, but there are places we won’t take them. I didn’t take many trips as a kid, but there were normal places we would go. My dad was always working, trucking & didn’t have much time for vacations. It is what it is! Take care my friend! 🥰😎✌️
Thank you sir, it's great to be back doing what I love to do the most! The trailer door is fantastic, keeps me from having to climb over the top occasionally and ripping my pants! Great to hear from you as always!
@@TheBostonTrucker 🇺🇸 Well, the main thing is that you still enjoy driving a truck. That door is a great innovation for dump trailers or any trailer for that matter. I noticed a long time ago that you don’t carry a ladder on the truck. Hmmm. 🧐 The main thing is that you can do your job safely. Keep On Truckin my friend! 🥰😎✌️
Hell yeah
😁
Seems like a really enjoyable week! Great job on the video. I love the camera mounting position inside the cab on the Triaxle. There was a little panning going on there - w as that just from the mount or was the camera doing something automatically?
Thank you! I wish I was skilled more to have panning cameras! The mount was probably just a little loose. 🤷😁
Get that seat on floor driver you know how we do it. 🤣👍😎
I spend half the day sitting in the floor and the other half bouncing. 🤠
there she sits 2day still getting worked on.mike ur truck seems 2 sit alot, lol.got plans 4 the 29th and 30th but am still gonna try and swing down keene way if i can 2 say hi.its about 40 min. from my house.cheers buddy.
It hardly sits it just seems like it does on TH-cam. It'll be great to see you.
Mike, your old trailer looked great! Why are you getting a new one? That old Pete tri-axle sounds and looks great. You're doing a wonderful job. Enjoy the new seat and trailer
My boss wanted me to pull it for whatever reason. Thank you I appreciate it.
I used to drive for a city bus company, we used cbs all the time, it’s scary when your cb stops working when u need it the most
Very true!
I see u driving threw the Boston area makes me home sick when I used to drive around New England area
It's a nice place to drive through.
All you need now on your truck is some beacon lights lol
Haha I've got some hidden strobes is enough for now.
Yessir. You should show us in the next video.
Nice sounding CAT in that truck. Was it a converted tractor? I see two air brake knobs.
That's a good question. I don't think it was converter though.
hows the water at the shop alot of minerals ? these guys like the filtered water for rinse. good job!
The water is excellent, doesn't leave any spots. Thank you
Love it Mike! you sound like me at the yard.
How many tons?
I don't know fill it up.
Load her up let me worry about it.
@@TheBostonTrucker those have been my famous last words once or twice over the years
I would love to see you do some euro trucking in your setup… could you imagine the looks you’ll be gettin
What do you mean? How would I do that?
@@TheBostonTrucker idk how but if it was possible it be epic
Is the deep reduction splitter switch just for show? I love that old tri axle!
It works.
Good morning boston trucker
Morning Brian
@@TheBostonTrucker How are you doing are staying cool i hope
I am from Connecticut an my grampa has a business called aurther goulart and son bozrah ct I found your channle from a friend also my grampas will sometimes take me to truck shows such as the red toy barn I hope we meet there or Zagry truck show
Great to have you on board Brendon. I'm not aware of those but they sound like my kind of places.
Called that a wisk broom when I was a kid.
I think you're right.
Hey BT what year is the Pete you are driving in you're vid? Looks like a very nice truck all things considered 👌
My second question after watching you're London video, havd you driven cab overs in your trucking career?
Thank you for the awesome content
Cheers 🍻 🇨🇦
Hello Danny, I spent my childhood riding in cabovers and yes I drove them, my first 5 years driving was mostly in cabovers. The Peterbilt is a 1998.
So the new trailer goes to you and Teddy got your old one, then Did Andrew get something different? A/C getting all shiny East? The KW looks good.
Andrew is keeping the steel.
G’day Boston trucker beauty new aluminum trailer
how is the aluminum on those trailers so shiny is it that durobrite aluminum like the wheels which I’m not a fan after a while the rims hav a yellow tinge something in the different chemicals they dip them or r those tippers just buffed aluminum cause goin in quarry’s u miss a week here or there of washing cause so busy
Cheers Mick from Australia stay safe Mike health & happiness to u & family 👍🏼
I'm happy to say they are not Durabrites! They are Alcoa mirror finish. The rears will scratched but at least they can be polished.
Bonjour,👍💪🏻🙏🇫🇷
Bonjour, mon ami
Jake brake on the Pete is sweet,I'm surprised only an 8 speed
8 speed is pretty popular around here.
I really enjoy the videos and the great looking truck and trailer. Great job on keeping them clean shiny. Is there any difference between your old trailer and the new trailer?
Thanks Tim. No difference except for the controls.
Hey Mike like the new trailer looks good on the K Wopper, I think we know who's the number one driver lol, quick question, I notice on all your videos you don't use the Bluetooth headset, was wondering why?? I personally never use it, don't need it, I guess I'm old school but was wondering why you don't?
Hi thank you. I use a Plantronics over one ear headset when I'm on the phone while driving but that's all. You'll never see it outside of the truck! 😁
All trucks are cool even kws😅
Pretty much
I’m guessing the triaxle is an 8 speed double loam😅
Yuppers
Where did you go in Dracut? I’ve been to Brox down there a couple times
Keating
How do Keep from not hitting fenders on the frame of the trailer ?🤔
Very carefully
Do you dump your air when you dump the triaxle?
No air
Channel 19 on the highway and channel 1 in most of the quarries in northeast Missouri
10-4 driver
Love the videos brother. The dump truck, is it a 15 spd or 8LL?
It's a straight 8 speed. Thank you
Maybe you can help me out with this question. Do that John Deere use it own engine or Cat? Because of the color. By the way I enjoy your channel. Your trucks are well kept.
I believe they use Cummins.
Ok , thanks
Did the triaxle have AC when it was new?
Peterbuilt with cat power and nice sounding jakes. Plus quick question is that an 8LL tranny in the peterbilt?? Great content as always... blessings for you and your family from a fellow trucker
It's a straight 8 speed. Thank you
Sorry to hear you got rid of the super liner .had to ride a lot better than the kw It was a future classic like the ltl mack😢
is the company going to fix the super liner
I'm not sure.
I thought you just get a new trailer a year or so ago if I recall?
Usually every 3-5 years it just worked out this way.
I'm guessing that's around a 92 ?
Welcome back Mike, is your new wagon shorter than the other one? Looks shorter....
Thanks Jason and thanks to you I had a very nice reunion conversation with Woody! It's the same exact trailer besides the controls.
@@TheBostonTrucker lol I've known Woody for a long time and have heard that story many times...I happened upon your vid and thought, jeez, I've heard this before!😂😂
Never knew it was you that was with him!
Mike good video how was your vacation 👍
It was fantastic! Thank you
Need some inspiring ideas from teddy!!
☺️
why is there a splitter on the shift knob. for an 8 speed
For low gear
Site you drove up on is that the new Waltham HS?
Yes
@@TheBostonTrucker Insane how fast they’ve blasted and excavated that site. Wasn’t it something like 500 truckloads/day or something nuts like that?
New trailer again? Hub caps???
Yes. Just put them on today.
hows the air horns sound on that truck
Loud!☺️
Where is your new truck brother
Almost done
you going to gear jammer?
Yes I am.
Is Detroit definetly
☺️
I know u were thinking about your truck if it was clean or not lol
🤣 you know me pretty well
I thought you just got a trailer not that long ago?
And??? 🤣
@@TheBostonTrucker They're spoiling you. Lol.
Здарова, ты тот мужик, у которого Мак есть еще?
Mike...your killin' me here. LOAM is pronounced like LOME, NOT LOOOOM!!! OMFG!
Not where I'm from! 👋🤷😁
A dirty truck is a dirty shame.
It happens.
Why aren’t you in the super liner?
It's broken. 😟
I have those same new valves on my 2023 east genesis. I don’t like them!!
I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one.
where's the superliner?
Needs a crankshaft. 😢
🥲🥲
13:25 I ran it back like 10 times!
Sounds good huh
