Meet My Favourite Song - IB Film

In my clip, ‘Meet My Favourite Song Montage’, I want to work as a cinematographer and incorporate colour, over head shots, symmetry and contrasting voice overs. I am inspired by Wes Anderson’s work in The Royal Tenenbaums and Fantastic Mr Fox and the way they speak. The seriousness of how the people speak contrasts to the happiness expressed, and vice versa. I also wish to incorporate the warm tones of the two movies mentioned as Anderson’s colour palettes are another famous element of his work. I hope to display a piece which demonstrates his style and learn new ways of delivering a story.
