Kalimari Desert is one of my favorite courses from Mario Kart 64.
It appeared in games that have a number (64, 7, and 8 Deluxe), except Tour doesn't have a number.

The Train Whistle in The Mario Kart 64 Sounds Like a 6-Chime.
For Mario Kart 7, the Whistle sounds like a Sierra Railway #3 Whistle.
For Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, The whistle sounds like The Flintstones Factory Whistle, Or known as Nevada Northern #40, but The steps are higher pitched.

    CAUTION!:
If you get hit by a train, you’ll be sent tumbling onto the ground! Push the brake in your vehicle to wait for the train to get by on your way first!

Mario Kart Tour has EIGHT versions of Kalimari Desert? That's insane.

Technically only two, the original version and the one where you go across the train's route. The catch is that, as with all other couses present in the game, these versions have variants where you go in reverse (not mirror-style, but literally traversing the lap backwards, like you do on Paris Promenade and Peach Gardens in the Booster Course Pass of 8DX), another variant which adds ramps and curvy slopes to perform tricks, and yet another variant where you go backwards and also adds ramps and curvy slopes to perform tricks

Of course, even in the original N64 and 3DS weren't possible to go through the train's tunnel route and they decided to fix it since Mario Kart Tour and 8 Deluxe.
