I just don't want to... bump it.
Fuck off.
The most creative band I have herd in a decade. Reminds me of early Birthday Party, Iggy Pop with a strange Devo vibe. Great!!!
these guys sound like the only band to claim Devo as an influence that only ever listened to Hardcore Devo Vol 1&2, it rules
I was thinking the same thing when I heard Slow Learner
Q: Are we not men? A: Viagra boys!
The Spits have a heavy Devo influance. Along with a lot of bands. Almost any punk band that has a keyboard it seems like.
Check out the album “In the Spirit World Now” by Ceremony. There’s definitely some Devo influence in that record. That bands discography is insane, they were a powerviolence band in their first two records. Then they went hardcore punk in their third record and the 4th record was punk heavily influenced by the Wire. 5th record was heavily influenced by Joy Division and the 6th record was influenced by a lot of post punk and new wave bands.
Give uranium club a listen!
I’ve been painting with this on repeat maybe three playthroughs and it has taken me in some profound directions.
Their other live shows on u tube area bad ass as well!
show us the result!
some nick cave in there as well...the carny style ...love this
Viagra Boys , bloody amazing ! best I have heard for a while ! The lyric's & the singers voice & the sound of the band make it work well ,with their own unique sound ,which defines a good band ,with raw elements of rock & post punk , blended in with a modern kind of sound , a breath of fresh air ! , Hope to see you in Kentish Town UK
This is one of the best live performance recordings I have ever seen. Extremely stoked for your LA show!
Que la tierra te pese poco carnal, RIP Benjamin.
I love you Viagra Boys, you make me so happy. Callin' from the Fun House, with my song, we been separated, baby, far too long! EVERY LITTLE BABY KNOWS JUST WHAT I MEAN, A LIVIN IN DIVISION IN A SHIFTIN SCENE!
Stooges 🤘🤘😀😀🤘🤘
This is a drug for me now, i keep coming back for more.
This needs to be made into an album.
