- In this video, I’m going to give you an in-depth look at Costa Cruises’ brand new flagship: Costa Toscana. This tour is slightly different way to my usual ship tours. Instead of the usual voiced over tour, I’m going to hit ‘record’ on my camera at the bottom, and work my way to the top, to let you get a feel for how Costs Toscana ‘really looks’, without any editing etc along the way.

Always appreciate a great tour...take these opportunities to try and scope out those little "corners" that few know about for some perfect peace and quiet...these seems to be these area on every ship. Perfect! Bruce and Otis

Enjoyed this, thanks! I've never understood their need to register the credit cards on board like that. Seems much easier to do it online before. Interesting ship decor; I do like it, but it's very bright.😊 Early morning such a good time to tour. How did you ever remember each spot that wasn't signed to list the time stamps?? Agree re credit cards, and couldn’t agree more re Nutella! Just about to disembark my next ship, and may have eaten 3 Nutella croissants at the buffet for breakfast…. Haha!

Hi Fraser, the Grey colour makes the hallways and other areas inside the ship look drab, it also looks like Wheelchair users have limited access to certain areas especially around the outside walkway where you go up and down steps, also that long ramp on the upper deck ends in steps! it appears that not a lot of thought went into those areas.
Hello! Yeah, there’s quite a lot of interesting design choices on this ship. Good point re the steps - wheelchair users would be able to go on all of the deck areas, but there would be lots of interrupted journeys using elevators etc - good point!

By its a bit gaudy on parts of this ship, not to out taste at all.
I’ll be intrigued to see if you prefer Smeralda - I’ve got the same style of video coming for her (the sister ship of Toscana) in a few weeks, and I was surprised how different they were from a colour and design POV!
What a mess, looks like they copied the "design" of the ship from late 1960s films....all design and no substance. Looks plasticky and unwelcoming....such a shame. Could have been beautiful!
