The FIVB Women's World Olympic Qualification Tournament will take place in Japan and doubles with the Asian Olympic Qualification tournament. The best ranked Asian team and the top three ranked teams will qualify for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

This was the third and biggest shock win of the tourney so far (after Thailand beat Dominican Republic 3-1 and Peru beat DR 3-0). South Korea lost 3-1 to Italy because Italy has height advantage, but the Netherlands does not have any tall players over 1.90m (South Korea's Kim Yeoukoung is 1.92m). The Dutch rely on fast and precise spikes to win, but are error prone as seen in their loss to Russia in the European qualification tourney. Kim Yeonkoung is the ideal captain, who never blames her teammates for setbacks but sets a good example by being the best spiker of the match. It is amazing that South Korea never lost their lead at the technical timeouts after being down 5-2 in the first set. The Korean beauties Yang Hyojin, Park Jeongah and Kang Sohwi (who played only briefly) also contributed to the victory.
Korea beating NL is not a shock as NL is not really a very top team.

it was the stupid coach and No13 Park JeongAh who ruined the match vs Dutch at the olympics. coach kept using No13 even when her condition wasnt good and was making so many errors (23 errors by 1 player, thats almost a set by errors all by herself) should have replaced her but since she is coach's club player he persisted.
