@@jicheongali i totally agree! They also (almost if you exclude Veronica) never use gendered terms in their songs and a lot of time they said that they respect everyone and that love is love, so they really are a blessing for all of us!

ONEWE are a 7-year-old self-formed and self-producing band of school friends (Kanghyun Harin CyA) and neighbours (CyA and Dongmyeong) who adopted Yonghoon as their main vocalist (now leader) at a singer-songwriter competition he won in 2015. After the band signed under a kpop agency (mamamoo's company RBW) in 2017, Dongmyeong competed on Produce 101 S2 and they all competed together on The Unit (under the band's original name MAS/M.A.S 0094) where Dongmyeong made it to the finale, but those are the only survival shows they were on before they re-debuted with their new name ONEWE in May 2019.
i love how onewe really showed all their strengths in 4 mins - their skills vocally and instrument-wise, their genius arrangement on these 4 songs to make a medley, their powerful live performance and stage presence, and their overall charisma. they did not waste a single second.
Preach! Each of them gave an especially pristine performance here; they REALLY wanted to show everyone how insanely GOOD they are within a small amount of time and they NAILED it. The arrangement didn't only sounds great, but it showcased and highlighted their talents sooo well
They did that instrumental part to also give the drummer & lead guitarist their moments to shine. I love how everyone is in their A-game. It creates a perfect synergy.

The members are Yonghoon (vocalist), Kanghyun (purple guitar), Harin (drummer), Dongmyeong (keyboard and keytar), and CyA (blue bass) ^^ go check their other songs if you're interested! They have such wide range of songs, but my favorite are Regulus, Parting, and Cosmos. They're also a self-made band (harin-kanghyun-cya made friends in music academy, dongmyeong is cya's neighbor, and they "recruited" yonghoon when he won a singing competition). Their story is interesting haha
it definitely is getting them some traction lol i knew their group name but never listened. i'm about to listen to their discography after watching this ☺️

Honestly fair, over the year a lot of the time its done more as a joke, a while some times it fun, it can get old real fast. This group, ONEWE's covers are never a joke though, no matter who the original song is from they alwaysalways do their best to give a rendition thats musically and aesthetically good, AND they always have fun with it! They arrange the covers themselves too, from the instruments to the vocal style. And they have A LOT of covers. Countless ones on radio shows and a few official studio releases. I beleive their studio one with mvs are gI-dle LATATA, mamamoo HIP, hwasa twit, and oh my girl Dolphin. Theyve done full cover of Lovesick Girls on radio too. If i keep going this comment will be way too long 😂😅 Basically, these guys just love music and are crazy talented. And their original music is jsut as well crafted as their covers.

Some are not ready for this but Yonghoon is one of the best vocalist in kpop. This perfomance is on fire. I’ll make sure to come back everyday to watch this legendary mashup. Really love their energy on this stage. Younghoon, Cya, Dongmyeong, Kanghyun and Harin really gave it all🔥🔥🔥 thank you YHS for inviting Onewe. They're ONEWE, a boyband that composes and produces their own music under RBW (house of Mamamoo, Oneus or Purple Kiss). Their talent is insane, I would recommend you their whoooole discography but if you liked this performance, you'd prolly be interested in checking "Rain To Be" or "End of Spring" ;) Trivia: Dongmyeong (the keyboardist and vocal) and Xion from Oneus are twins :)
ONEWE are really far away from the stereotypes of toxic masculinity eheheh i mean the keyboardist, Dongmyeong, always proudly shows us his manicure or his makeup (he can do his for any kind of event without needing any help) to the point that there's an official content of him doing the guitars, Kanghyun, makeup! and the bassist, CyA, is really good at painting nails, we have a whole live of him painting members nails ahahah

They have a deep bond (they are self-formed and together way before joining rbw) they support each other's interests even when they don't like it, they joined charity, they prepared gifts for their fans, they really really love this family that they made for themselves and support it wholeheartedly! After so many horrendous boy group renditions of girl group songs I'm always scared to see new performances, but these guys definitely slayed
Honestly fair, over the year a lot of the time its done more as a joke, a while some times it fun, it can get old real fast.
This group, ONEWE's covers are never a joke though, no matter who the original song is from they alwaysalways do their best to give a rendition thats musically and aesthetically good, AND they always have fun with it! They arrange the covers themselves too, from the instruments to the vocal style. And they have A LOT of covers. Countless ones on radio shows and a few official studio releases. I beleive their studio one with mvs are gI-dle LATATA, mamamoo HIP, hwasa twit, and oh my girl Dolphin. Theyve done full cover of Lovesick Girls on radio too.
If i keep going this comment will be way too long 😂😅 Basically, these guys just love music and are crazy talented. And their original music is jsut as well crafted as their covers.
They really put a lot of effort into music arrangement that the songs have their colors!!! :)
Also their performance of mumumumuch by Mamamoo will never not be iconic lol (Yonghoon cutely saying 하늘 땅 바다 만큼 사랑해~~definitely has its own fandom ㅋㅋㅋ)

Some are not ready for this but Yonghoon is one of the best vocalist in kpop. This perfomance is on fire. I’ll make sure to come back everyday to watch this legendary mashup. They're ONEWE, a boyband that composes and produces their own music under RBW (house of Mamamoo, Oneus or Purple Kiss). Their talent is insane, I would recommend you their whoooole discography but if you liked this performance, you'd prolly be interested in checking "Rain To Be" or "End of Spring" ;)
Trivia: Dongmyeong (the keyboardist and vocal) and Xion from Oneus are twins :)
I really recommend them, their songs are really great❤

ONEWE are really far away from the stereotypes of toxic masculinity eheheh i mean the keyboardist, Dongmyeong, always proudly shows us his manicure or his makeup (he can do his for any kind of event without needing any help) to the point that there's an official content of him doing the guitars, Kanghyun, makeup! and the bassist, CyA, is really good at painting nails, we have a whole live of him painting members nails ahahah

They have a deep bond (they are self-formed and together way before joining rbw) they support each other's interests even when they don't like it, they joined charity, they prepared gifts for their fans, they really really love this family that they made for themselves and support it wholeheartedly!
