Summer word of advise: A game changer for me is that i know am aware that every word i say i manifest so use positive words only. yes unbelivably hard at first, but when you desire change persistency is a must. Only if you want to. Your skin is clearing up and so freaking beautiful
Hi Summer! If you’re breaking out more, it might be because of the charlotte tilbury flawless filter foundation. I’ve heard a lot of people are now complaining about it and saying the foundation has been making them get more acne and break out more. Just an fyi :)

nooo!! spiro messed w my hormones so badly. constant breakouts around my jawline, lost my cycle for a year (stopped taking in 4mo in), insatiable hunger, and unrelenting fatigue. i hope it works for you, but definitely listen to your body and be conscious of hormonal changes!
I was on spironolactone and birth control at the same time and THATS what fixed my years of cystic and hormonal acne - tretinoin too! BUT the side effects for me didn’t start til after I was on it for 1-2 ish YEARS and you’re not supposed to be on it that long. So even if you have refills don’t use them all like I did!!! Sister’s in derm and she guided me through it all - except taking that med for too long, idk man I was across the country and we didn’t discuss my skin on the daily ❤️
Just wanted to say that spironolactone cleared my acne! Also lost a bit of hair at first but the fallout eventually stopped and my skin has been clear for 2 years now! It took about 6-8 months to work. Like, I would still break out but considerably less and less each month until it all stopped. I hope it works for you!

Im usually not one to comment on videos but 1 I have literally been watching you since your first What I Got for Christmas video and its crazy how fast time has gone, but I have also struggled a lot with acne and was sick of medication so I did a ton of research on holistic acne treatments and girl you have to try Sea Moss capsules, not only is my acne completely gone and my skin is gloomy but it helps with so many others things in your body with you thyroid and gut health and my energy levels have never been better. I 10/10 recommend to everyone I know and it has worked for them too!
summer!! maybe u should ask ur doctor about ur iron levels or ur blood pressure! before i was taking iron my hair was so so thin, i was tired all day, and anything would bruise me. just a thought i hope u feel better soon ❤
hey Summer have u ever tried Alysena 28 birth control? i struggled with hormonal acne for so long and it was one of the worst things i’ve ever experienced for my self esteem but now i can literally wear makeup to sleep and not get a pimple. Insane. i fully recommend :)
Idk how but spironolactone made my periods so heavy that I literally was using a pad and tampon every hour (and I’m already on birth control for heavy periods) so I couldn’t tolerate it which makes me so sad ): but vitamins have been helping hopefully it resolves idk I feel you though
hey girl, you might should get a doctor to test you for an autoimmune disease! it might not be the medicine. i got diagnosed with lupus, my hair falls out, im always tired, and just don’t feel good. it also gives me very red skin/acne/scarring. i struggle to get out of bed everyday, and i bruise very easily!

Spironolactone had my blood pressure so low 😵💫😵💫 just a reminder it’s also used for high blood pressure,💗💗💗

The flawless filter caused a lot of acne for me, stopped using it and it all went away. It has pore clogging ingredients.
