Can you talk about forms that you need in every sale that will cover you or prevent you from getting sued cosidering that we are sole proprietorship . I know " the no warranty , AS IS" is one of the forms.
Ive been looking around san diego for a office and rent is around 400 a month , I think it's a good price considering all the perks you get when you become a dealer , is that around the same price in LA area??

I’ll try , different forms for different types of sale (Cash deal , financing , BHPH) all different

@@Brian6one9 prices vary here by area. $400 in really cheap if it’s zoned for a dealer .
