@@greenchiky4672 I've tried a lot of things and some of them work. I suggest you find a better screen for computer use, you should look for LCD with VA panel. Wear FL-41 glasses. Change the light bulbs, set up ambient light. Now I can use computer a lot more

The eye burning, pain, and dryness I have almost constantly makes so much more sense after seeing this. It also helps explains why cold sores are a huge migraine trigger for me, they also affect the trigeminal nerve. Thanks.

I am a very light sensitive and sometimes fear a migraine is coming when the sensitivity seems higher than “normal” for…but, I also have a serious problem when driving through areas where trees or buildings cause you to be in and out of bright light and shadows…it almost blinds me as well as being very painful…after watching this I think I have a better understanding of what may be happening…thank you…I’ll be talking to my eye dr about this…

Ck out b2! Search riboflavin and light sensitivity - medical studies have been done on it. Really helped me.

When I was a child I had a sunstroke at five, and again at ten. Since then exposure to sunlight always triggers a migraine, so I never go outside without sunglasses and a hat. Thankfully artificial light is mostly ok, with the exception of flickering light. Thank you so much for the interesting information. Those pink glasses look very interesting.

In the morning,it is the reflection of bright sunlight from cars and bikes disturb me from going out. and in the evening it is the lights of the vehicles.

Some autoimmune conditions cause or contribute. My rheumatologist tracks the light sensitivity caused by my ankykosing spondylitis.

If I forget to close the window or I am lazy because there is no immediate pain (it comes after a couple of hours) I pay the price of headaches. Its so annoying.

I wish I saw that video years ago.
I was probably in some kind of denial about my photosensitivity.
I never realized the light was hurting me so much and in a direct manner. I got to the point I were I was having 1 headache everyday 2 day,
left in a vegetable state. Reading a few words or subtitles was enough to have a panic attacks or a start a headach crisis.
I'm trying different glasses and I will follow up thoses CGRP inhibitor I just heard of.
If light stresses, tires or hurts you, don't let it stack up, act fast.

I’m always surprised when these types of videos don’t include B2 - there are medical studies years old that have seen done showing b2 can help light sensitivity. When I found those I started taking extra b2 above what is in my multi and it improved my QOL so much! (And magnesium but b2 is what helps my light sensitivity) I’ve later learned by genetic testing that I have Variants in my FAD genetics which make FAD enzyme - which requires b2. And as a bonus - once I started taking extra b2 I never got canker sores or cracks in the corner of my mouth again - which I have also learned is a sign of b2 deficiency (yet I eat pretty healthy and have always taken a multi vitamin). Still glad I watched the video, I have some older rose tinted glasses made for light sensitivity but yours look better for playing tennis.

People needs to know these triggers. Who would have thought? Pounding of the head. Literal pounding. So far I found these problems with the Big bulbous bulbs, and the big spiral bulbous bulbs.
