  • Small car... Big camping... how?
For those who have one, people will tell you all the time how small Jimnys are... yes I agree, they are small... but that does not mean you can't go camping... and bring everything along with you... it just means you need to be a little more clever with how you pack, and a little more efficient with what you bring.
This is my current Solo Camping loadout, and it fits beautifully in my Jimny. Check it out.

3 things I cant do without 1, Zempire Mantis table, best small camping table on the market. 2, Gasmate JetBoil copy, half the price of JetBoil and just as good. 3, Black Wolf folding directors chair with built in side table, it folds down flat less than 600mm x 600mm square! I have a jeep TJ and they have even less room in the back than the Jimny! A good quality Spare wheel bike carrier allows you to carry another box outside on the arms and the trash bag still fits on the wheel, you could strap your cooler to it, they can hold over 20KG and it would free up a lot of space., I strap my OZtent RV1 to it which is 1.5m long and almost 20KG.

That was a little eBay job. Cheap and dirty. I prefer the ones sold by ozjimny if you can find them. Not as waterproof but much more practical.

You’re not wrong.. ;-) but I like to camp with all my gear for comfort and convenience. I’m working on getting it smaller but it’s a process, every time I go out I get a little better… that’s the goal right? Thanks for the comment!

I think you got the right stuff packed. The whole idea is to be comfortable. If you can jam it in. Do it.
