For everyone claiming that this was staged, I just want to say I did not fabricate anything. This was as filmed, the jump cut as pointed out was because the camera was focusing poorly and I do not like to include out of focus shots. That all that was, I really do not choose sides and certainly would not go out of my way to make one company seem better than the other. I love samsung, the new S7 is certainly better than the iPhone in many ways and I've even recommended it to friends. I just don't understand why so many people think I'd fake this, I promise I didn't.

I'm surprised. It might have something to do with the edges. Honestly, those side edges are really stupid in my opinion. The screen is way more vulnerable when you drop it, there's distortions, glares from all viewing angles, and again, I don't see any major use for them. I feel that the s7 would do better than the s7 edge in a drop test.
I honestly hate those who hate on Samsung. Believe it or not, it's proven that Samsung has better technology than Apple, yet Apple is more beautiful and has been known for better style. Samsung owns more than just phones, stop calling it "ShitSung" because it could buy Apple without taking out a big of a chunk from there total sum of money. Samsung's phone may look weak, but it's actual super durable. Harambe could drag it and iPhone wouldn't survive, yet "ShitSung" would.

If Samsung ever made a rubber back its gonna resist lot more. Solid things dont change shapes so they will get scratched by 1.dropping repeatedly 2.drop from high height. But rubber will bend and absorb the effect. It hurts that metal is not invincible.

Last year I was at a hotel (The ones with the doors on the outside), and this guy dropped his Galaxy s5 off the second or third floor (He was REALLY drunk). I was one the ground floor, and saw it fall from the sky for all I knew. I looked at at it for a second thinking "Did God just send a phone from heaven for me to have?", I was just thinking how I wanted a new phone, so I thought it was a sign. After a full minute, I picked up the phone, it looked good for a phone that fell from the sky. But before I walked away, I wanted to make sure it wasn't someone who had lost the phone, so I waited. Two minutes later a lady gets off the elevator, and heads my direction, I said "Did you drop something?", she says "My friend dropped his phone.", I held it up. She walks over "Wow, it doesn't even look like it fell two floors" I said "I know right". She says "Thank you" and heads back to the elevator. For 3 minutes, it was one of the best day in my life. But If I lost my phone, I would hope someone would do the same.

I'm surprised. It might have something to do with the edges. Honestly, those side edges are really stupid in my opinion. The screen is way more vulnerable when you drop it, there's distortions, glares from all viewing angles, and again, I don't see any major use for them. I feel that the s7 would do better than the s7 edge in a drop test.

I was one the ground floor, and saw it fall from the sky for all I knew. After a full minute, I picked up the phone, it looked good for a phone that fell from the sky. But before I walked away, I wanted to make sure it wasn't someone who had lost the phone, so I waited. Two minutes later a lady gets off the elevator, and heads my direction, I said "Did you drop something?", she says "My friend dropped his phone.", I held it up. She walks over "Wow, it doesn't even look like it fell two floors" I said "I know right". She says "Thank you" and heads back to the elevator.
For 3 minutes, it was one of the best day in my life. But If I lost my phone, I would hope someone would do the same.
