The intro and bumpers of The Tom and Jerry Show that airs every Saturday Mornings part of the Saturday Morning Cartoons programming block only on MeTV. Is it just me One Droopy Knight is cropped in the intro and the music was from The Little Orphan.
Something I don't understand regarding MeTV. Their Sunday Night Cartoons program block includes the original wide-screen format of the MGM Pink Panther theatrical shorts. Yet, when it comes to the Chuck Jones MGM shorts from the mid to late 60's, they keep using the pan-and-scanned 4x3 format! Those Tom and Jerry shorts were originally released in theaters in a wide-screen format. Even the official DVD set from a decade ago produced the shorts in their original theatrical format. Does MeTV have the rights to the wide-screen Chuck Jones shorts?
