Hi, in some places age is preferred in decimals where decimals rep the months after yr. Maybe your case int is preferred.

Hi sir here is some problem when I put the print icon and go build micro and when I write where condition for id and when I click on print icon which we connect with report through id it give me this message, Data type mismatch in criteria expression, how can I solve this problem
sorry, make sure data types are same and that you specify their names correctly at each sides
Sir please my question is that incase some the student is owing and he or she has been promoted to nest class or stage, how are going to bill their previous fees with the current fees.

Thank you bro but i’ve an issue when i want to build macro code or view button code it shows me : ( if your database is on a network drive , check you network connection and try again ) although you dont need it . And when i connect internet the same . Pls help me soon .

Hello Sir! How to able to clear the entry form after data entered to table give a trick like this that clear entry form after data insertion, can we do like that in access? And other big problem here it is that when I delete any student from table, id number can't be reversed I want to reverse id number. For example here 20 students in system I want to delete a student that he has 11 number ID so id starts from 12 why but I want to start id from 11 because 11 is deleted so 12 Id should be reversed
hi, to reverse id numbers in ms acces, consider auto compiling and repairing your database upon close. You can do this at backstage view, current database.

@@datatechstutorials For example .employee take loan.when we are making salary .we need that employee opening balance that he has loan.when salary added to his account than remaining his balance .after if he take some amount in salary than we need closing balance.
