I don’t rely on the cloud. I export my phones content to my computer and then put it on an external 1TB hard drive so it doesn’t bog my computer down. Technically I should have it saved on multiple hard drives because one is none, if something happens to that I am in a pickle. I then delete the content from the phone (have to go to the recently deleted album and force it to delete otherwise it will sit there for the predetermined amount of days and you’ll wonder why you still don’t have room) thus making room for more content. If I need content back on my phone I just do the reverse. I hope that helps.
