  • The aim of Transhumances organized by Galerie Philia is the gathering of international artists meeting to work locally, with local materials, for a local exhibition.
Among our exhibited artists from Galerie Philia:
Awaré, Cédric Breisacher, Frédéric Saulou, Jérôme Pereira, Kaaron, William Guillon, Roxane Lahidji, Evan Fay, Pietro Franceschini, Jojo Corväiá, Jan Garncarek, Mark Sturkenboom and Flora Temnouche.

The exhibition organized by Galerie Philia took place in Barjac Castle, France, bringing together internationally known designers.

Transhumances was born during the confinement and themes emerging during this period: the need to meet around a common horizon defined by artistic quality, conviviality, and a deep homage to the environment.
The Transhumances event has seen the creation and the exhibition of a set of sculptural design works created in a common residency taking place close to the exhibition.
The artists selected by the gallery have met together at Sauvan in order to sculpt works from local materials. The aesthetic outcome of this work has been exhibited at the Château de Barjac.

The exhibition took place in September-October at Château de Barjac.
