I have 2 questions.
1. Why don,t you contact the previous owner and see if he can explain the system to you
2. Why not pressure test the system with a colored air so you can see where is your leaks.

1. Previous owner didn't return my calls. 2. Is using colored air to do leak testing a thing? All I had was water so that's what I used.
