Opening the NEW Naruto Kayou Ninja Age Booster Box

Today is the day guys, we finally have new Naruto Kayou cards to check out as I unbox for the first time, the newly released Naruto Kayou Ninja Age Box !!
As mentioned in the video, there are Regular and N versions of this box, the N Versions contain some exclusive and parallel cards, I have found a store on Ali Express that sells them but I've never ordered from this store before, though probably will to at least have a N unboxing on the channel!

One criticism I didn’t mention in the video is that although I personally do like a lot of the card designs, there’s not a lot that are original art, obviously lots of scene grabs from the anime and some of the art has been seen in other Naruto sets outside of China with other licensors, which I don’t believe is anything new or sinister, I believe this “sharing” for a lack of better term has happened but that would be one slight criticism from me because Kayou has shown they can produce some amazing card designs, even on their non Naruto cards!

Happy new year! Grats for the pulls, this new product look pretty amazing...like those card who complete a fight.
I LOVE the new horizontal cards, imo tho the SRs are better than the SSRs.
As for the PTRs i believe they put that protective film on them cause they have no texture but are purely holo, making them susceptible to scratches very easily. Just look at the PTR u pulled at 10:00 , the film was so scratched and damaged but when ya peeled it the card was minty. IMO the best thing any card company has done and its for a card ya get in every pack. Kayou is truly a 10/10 for that
Yeh the SSR’s look cool, still gotta open up the other boxes but imagine the SSR’s look better together with the opposite opponent, similar to some of the PR’s

Not a massive fan of the new SSR and UR cards, they’re really plain, opened 4 boxes yesterday and only got excited for the SP’s, the promos do look amazing tho
managed to 2MR's and 1 SP from the ninja age still hunting for XR's
I ordered 2 of these an the first batch I order in December kept getting delayed 😭. But they all look awesome

Could you explain why I pulled 2 (Ninja age) cc-sr-001 but different cards. One has a little diamond in front, but I dont understand what the diamond means…
Hey there, it’s what they refer to as a parallel, if you compare the one with the diamond it will be more holo with prismatic foil etchings - a slightly fancier version really but that’s all, I didn’t notice them at first but someone pointed out to me I did pull some in this vid
Shouldnt there be numbered Cards in this Set? Like at soccer cards? Saw something like this
Yep some of the parallel XR Cards are numbered
I wasn’t a fan of the horizontal cards when I fist saw them but I prefer them over the old designs. Hopefully they keep this format, I wasn’t a fan of the that wave and tier system.

Quick question, I noticed that in my box that some "R" and "SR" cards have a prismatic foil etching on it. Is this some kind of parallel 'R" versions? I saw in your video that you have them too but I don't think you noticed them.
Yep I think you’re right, I got one more box to open up still and will keep an eye out, but they’ve definitely got into parallels in these latest sets
If they are the ones with the Diamond at the start of the code, they are alt arts :)

Not a fan of the horizontal cards since they don't really look as good in a binder since you'll have to look at it from another angle
That is a good point, bet nobody makes horizontal ones, maybe Kayou themselves should do one!
Is the old naming scheme of the tiers and waves officially over? I’m guessing that all of those are out of production now too? Kind of oblivious on the new release tbh
Nobody knows exactly, for sure though none of the other releases are being produced anymore so the stock in the world is all that is available for those. There are rumours that this is indeed just a special collection and waves 6 for tiers 3 & 4 are on the way but always seems to chop and change, hopefully we’ll hear some news on next sets soon

What is the pull rates for the new xr cards
Don’t think there is enough data yet but I have seen on FB groups a lot of people pulling them - obviously the N numbered parallel versions will be the big hitters, I think they are numbered xxx/500
the numbered xr cards are hardest to pull, the pullrate is 1:4056 packs

Wow i didn't know there's two version of this box. Is the N version price different from the regular one?
Not many selling them separately as you get them buying a case, if they are sold separately, I’ve seen them going for around 4x the price of the regular box

Hey. I pulled a QR code Card. What should i do with it?
So those are a bit of a pain, first and foremost DO NOT SCAN the QR code, someone in China has to do it but therein lies the issue, what everyone is suggesting is you contact the seller but the trouble is, are they going to be trustworthy and sort you out, obtain the card and send it to you? Charge a fee perhaps? nobody knows at this stage, but if scanned outside of China it is rendered useless

Hi there, first and foremost you won’t find a seller on the planet that will ship these cash on delivery… unless you literally found someone selling in India itself. Unfortunately though Ali Express is banned in India, you might be able to try Grand Anime Card Store - grandanimecard.com/ - I’m not sure if they ship to India though and as I said, their services will be payment up front

The new boxes are fucking trash they just forget the power scaling on all of these wtf ? They also didn’t fit in the whole collection. R and SR cards Horizontally?? The creative director must have been drunk
I personally like them, I gathered the idea with these was some form of celebration of the anime as they’re very heavy on those, particularly the R’s, SR’s and the PTR’s. Rumours keep chopping and changing but supposedly this is now being deemed a special collection box and wave 6 of tiers 3&4 are still on the way but let’s see
