There is an extra fee. As to the suite perks - I'm not sure. Things like this are changeable. Oceania website must tell.
@@cruiseadmiral Please see below. The great thing with all Oceania cruise ships since inception is that Concierge staterooms and above benefit from their Thermal Spa and Private Terrace at no charge, other than of course, for treatments. Thanks!
