i did it using a website called soundtrap! just import the audio to it, change the tempo, and then you can change the pitch and add reverb :))) there are other sites too that are less complicated also (just search slowed + reverb generator, and you can usually find some)
You must to make the videos longer as a ambiance video. For 2 hours or something with this Stranger things gif's that are moving. (so not a only photo. But more as a video where they moving in the ambiance).
