What a beautiful Villa! Are showers adjustable after purchasing? I like the wide ones on top of the ceiling that pour water like rain?Solar panels? Recyclable to water the lawn? The closets are also quite small but I believe they can be adjusted after one owns buys the house. I would buy it for the gated aspect. No need for grilled windows or high secured concrete fences. You still have neighbours close by and still enjoy your space...
