Welcome to Skinari, in this video you will see steep cliffs with viewpoints, two windmills, a beautiful lighthouse or a stylish restaurant. Cape Skinari is the northernmost point of the island of Zakynthos, which is located in a beautiful location. The coast around Cape Skinari hides well-known caves called Blue Caves, which can only be reached by boat. You can reach the Blue Caves by boat from the port of Agios Nikolaos, or by boat from Cape Skinari. From the windmill, a pedestrian path leads directly to the water, so you can swim in the sea in this only place. You can also reach Navagio Beach from Cape Skinari.
The main landmarks of Skinari are the traditional Greek windmill with a restaurant and sea view. There is also the Potamitis Windmills & Apartment guesthouse right in the windmill, where you can stay.
The lighthouse stands at the highest point 67 meters high, the building itself measures 9.5 meters and dates from 1897.
