@joegideon8461 first of all, thank you SO much for watching our video! Honestly, everyone we met (staff) was extremely kind, friendly, talkative and excited to be working there. Firsthand, we spoke with the staff at the front desk for both check-in and check-out, a gentleman at the rewards desk (same guy three times), a casino housekeeper/porter, 2 workers at Roadside Taco, our Tavern waitress, our in-room dining server, 2 workers in a Fountainbleau operated store, and 2 security guards. (One security guard told us to stop filming with our camera.) We did not gamble at any tables, so I’m not sure how the dealers or pit bosses were.

Thank you for the very thorough review. I'm a local and I gamble mostly at Wynn. I might consider playing some at Fontainebleau as I love the spaciousness of the casino, but Wynn will probably remain my #1.
Thank you so much for watching and for the kind comment. We need to learn more about the gambling aspect and rewards from that. Wynn is and always will be at the top - for good reason! And another viewer mentioned exactly that - they love the Wynn. We need to do a staycation there one of these days as well - have you done that at Wynn as a local staycation? And yes, Fountainbleau is HUGE and very spacious. A bit overwhelming at first. Wynn is much more intimate.
@@toodalooyall The reason I like the Wynn is that they have a generous free-play promotion for local residents. I also feel that they value their customers, even low rollers such as myself, much more than the larger casino owners on the Strip. I've also played there often enough that I've found the payback rates on their slot machines to be good. Haven't done a local staycation there yet though.
@too-da-looyall5894 Happy Holidays to you also. I just loved how nice the entire staff that we came into contact with were so nice. Never had to search for a drink. The property is huge but the layout makes it very easy to navigate. And we won a lil bit of money.
I will follow you. What kinds of comps are offered to sports bettors. Comp credits and free drink coupons. We need a comparison of casinos for this topic, yes, it's time consuming

That's a really good question! We honestly don't remember 😂. We're mentioning everything we ordered in the video and the in-dining menu can be found on their website. It wasn't too bad if we remember it correctly, and the menu was big! When are you planning to go to Fontainebleau?
Even the room is not a very good value since the Conrad at Resorts World has similar size, layout, technology and function but usually with much lower prices.
It's even better if you have Hilton Gold or Diamond status when staying at Conrad. However I've heard the service there is off sometimes, but for me it's not too much of a big issue lol@@toodalooyall
@mcat7612 Is $5 for one point good or bad? We aren’t much gamblers and are still new to rewards programs, etc. The room was very traditional, which may be why it seems more dated? I liked that it was more traditional, which made it warmer. If it were more modern, I would find it all too cold and unwelcoming. But! That’s just my opinion! The technology in the room was very nice 😊

We are going to have to start signing up for all the rewards programs. I can’t remember if I have anything with Hilton, or not.

This hotel was certainly more classy with this beautiful lady in it but I would still prefer the Wynn.

People will end up spending more in that mall-like food court than they would at Wynn or Bacchanal buffets. I think I will stick with the buffets. 😎
