Hey so I wanted to buy in Davenport , but Bartow was more affordable for me. I am a first time home buyer and went w the Hayden by Dr Horton for 356k , all closing costs covered. I get nervous bc it's my biggest purchase ever. I bought in wind meadows south , my brother is in Auburndale in a highland homes build. Did I do well ? I keep getting nervous as I am in NJ.
Great location. That is pretty much South Lakeland. That value might not rise quickly just because there will be a lot of homes in that community for them to build but it should be safe in that area. There are a few other areas that might offer that floorplan for less but it’s not much of a difference. Did they give you the refrigerator?
Yes refrigerator, blinds and garage door included. It's called the welcome home package was all included w price. I just need to buy washer and dryer. They also took only $2500 earnest money .. I'm a cash buyer out of state so they worked with me .
