Are you able to keep clothes consistent? I have a 360 turnable view of the model with cloth details. Unless you have a better suggestion?
you can try like this, first create a character with text prompt that include face features and outfit. After that when you use character reference, it will take the face feature only. So in order to get the same outfit, you will have to use back the same prompt on the outfit at the new prompt. If you want to be more precise, you copy the "seed" and include it at every generation.
for example -
instead of : a woman is driving a car.
try: a woman wearing a flowing, knee-length dress made of light, airy fabric. The dress is a soft pastel color, with subtle floral patterns and delicate lace trim along the edges, is driving a car.
try: a woman wearing a flowing, knee-length dress made of light, airy fabric. The dress is a soft pastel color, with subtle floral patterns and delicate lace trim along the edges, is shopping at a mall.
since you are using character reference, you don't have to explain about the face anymore, [a woman] already covered that part. But the outfit, you will have to include it at every new image.

you can try use seed but it is hard to get consistent sometime.
