I’m a 2L at Vandy. If I have one piece of unsolicited advice for you, it’s to enjoy yourself. Study hard but understand the privilege of attending a top law school. You WILL have a job after graduation and that job WILL pay you $200k. Just focus on enjoying your three years. Goes by faster than you think!
I appreciate it! I really am feeling this now, I can't believe the semester is halfway over. Honestly I'm having such a good time, it doesn't really feel like work
So we had a mock class we needed to pre-read for, and then during this time we also got a lot of our syllabi so we needed to start reading for the first official week of class. I didn't start the first week of class reading until the weekend after orientation though!
@@GabrielleNoelle2 oh okay. I’ve been watching a few tiktokers and they said that you don’t get a syllabus for 1L I haven’t started yet but that has me like🤔
@@OMGRaquelLee I've gotten a syllabus for all of my classes! Maybe what they mean is you don't have a syllabus week? All of my professors sent the syllabus in advance and we were expected to read it, unlike it undergrad where you usually spend the first class going over rules etc.
