the game's decorations & furniture options definitely cater towards modern than rustic or traditional. hard to blame him once he's actually looking at the options available

Yes :) the game came out in December 2023 so there aren’t any DLCs yet :)

I have a question are you able to assemble like the sinks and all that how you could on the original house flipper
Nope, they just come ready made. You can learn how to assemble things one time and it saves you a small amount of money each time you buy it but thats it.

So they took away the realism of being able to actually install sinks, toilets, showers, etc. I think that’s a huge feature to remove and honestly think it’s a downgrade to the game.
I was surprised about that too tbh, it was cool having to actually install stuff
