Some years ago I let my standards slip. I gained weight and so much frumpiness . One day I looked in the mirror and didn't recognise myself. I decided to take action, I started to go jogging every day and meditate, I was struggling but I found Marie Anne Lecoeur and she helped me to see I was worth the effort. Since I had some serious scare but my style was already better and it helped me even more, from outside to inside. And now I only go for WOW outfit and my best smile. So thank you.🌹
Yes looking your best makes you feel good on the inside! When I gain weight I always feel bad about myself and don’t want to get dressed. If I am afraid to put my jeans on because they are too small it’s a terrible feeling. It’s important to take care of ourselves inside and out.
A lot of us have faced that mirror. Ugh 😩 you are an inspiration. I have been ill. Yesterday I stood in my bathroom and cried. Now I’m on a mission to make positive changes. Still weak from long covid. But I am determined to get back on track. Wish everyone blessings.
DUMP THE FRUMP. I used to dress beautifully but since gaining weight I started dressing frumpy. Your videos are helping me learn that I can still look fashionable and chic even being heavier. Now more than ever, I need to make the effort!
All points; spot on! Long ago, when I was young, a mature, well dressed, gentleman working as a shoe salesman, said “ you can elevate any outfit with great shoes, but the wrong shoes will always let you down”. I pay no attention to trendy shoes, and just wear the best classic loafers, trainers, and ankle boots that I can afford. I get many compliments on my outfits ( even from young people), although my classic clothing is really nothing special. I believe it’s all in how you wear your outfits.
Trying to power through middle-age with a positive mindset can be hard. I have found that the less I like looking at what I am seeing in the mirror, the less I care which clothes I put on. I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago and gained a tummy I just can't seem to shift, I can't even suck it in any more. This past year I have started trying to improve my fitness, add some strength training and try to care more. It is taking a while but I am slowly seeing some results and my dress and attitude are changing for the better. I really enjoy your enthusiasm and am trying to pick up on some your style (with flat shoes!).
I know most of the tips and advice here is for more mature women, but even I ( I am in my 20s) have learned so much from Marie-Anne and still do from her videos. Her style is timeless and this is why I am still looking forward to her videos! Even my teenage sister is applying some of the tips learned in her outfits! Absolutely loved this video!!
I'm working on Dumping the Frump in large part due to your help! I was always slender & fit but after retiring from riding & training dressage horses along with turning 50 I began to gain weight. Buying clothes became depressing. (I no longer wore a size 2.) I'm cleaning out my closets & working on a new wardrobe. I'm exercising more & eating less. Thank you for the inspiration!
Thank you! Although I'm retired now, I make the daily effort to shower, easy hair and makeup, simple outfit (jeans and T shirt w/cardigan in cool weather) flats, and earrings. I feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Even working from home during lockdown, I made the effort. I was astounded by the no shower/pajama pants crowd! Ugh. Depressing!
I’ve been working from home for about 10 years. Getting rid of my business attire is when I started the frump look. However I’m done with it. Ive started making changes to up level my look including finding a great hair stylist and adopting the French chic style, which appeals to me. My goal is not to hide in Zoom calls but to turn it on and be proud of my appearance.
I finally decided to dress my age and not the age I used to be. Out went the tie dye shirts, the embroidered Mexican shirts and those shirts that were just worn to hide my body. It was very freeing and cathartic. I learned that I can bring in my favorite colors with scarves, jewelry and shoes. Classic looks great and I all in!
I relocated to a new city a few months back - it's definitely more casual here as it's near cottage country . Lots of gardening to improve the large lot we have has resulted in me wearing things out in public here that I never normally would have . I just tell myself I'm blending in here - but it's really not my style . I had been wearing a red lip in recent years but there are certain looks one gets out with it in town here . This fall I'm going back to being me - a little more dressed than many women but that is my comfort level and being known as the woman with red lipstick isn't the worst thing people can say about you . I need to dump the frump before it becomes a habit .
You totally should. It's going to be easier with you being new. People be more like "oh that's the new woman she always wears red lipstick" and so it's part of who you are, instead of like "oh why has she started wearing red lipstick now" and questioning why you've changed. Which you've totally got a right to change but there's always going to be people push against it, so best to start as you mean to go on
That brown tweed jacket transformed into a bustier and put onto a older woman was EVERYTHING! Also your beautiful red Chanel jacket with the white tee underneath is very on point this season, and I just love the black & tan ensemble with the color-blocked shoes. Merci beaucoup for the marvelous episode!
I don't know if I have become more "frumpy" but a lot of times I really don't know what looks good on me so I just keep wearing the same old stuff. I really have trouble finding shoes. You always look so cute and fun in your outfits.
Decent underwear is key! I love some nice colours! I do the neutral thing but a splash of colour can perk things up! Even just a purse or shoes! I have a little boho streak. Head to toe boho is scary but a scarf or a shirt or a fun purse! I have great booties in all sorts of colours! I don’t think I have ever been frumpy, even when my weight is higher. A young woman I know came up to me today and stopped me and told me how good I looked. It made me feel great that she did that! I was in athleisure wear as I was returning from pickleball, but I have some neat little outfits to play in. I tend to avoid shapeless stuff or sweats or bulky clothes.
Marie-Anne, You look gorgeous in your boucle blazer and white t-shirt: a definite Wow! So funny: "The frump has let the building." Ha! So many great tips here. Thank you for educating us on a life of elegance, inside and out.
I thought about you yesterday. I picked up a frumpy pair of pants to wear to work and I immediately tossed it down. I dumped the frump. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I have also been using the three colors rule. Thank you. 🙏🏿
I have to admit that being the proper weight is Number One for dumping the frump. Not easy to admit because I enjoy good food. I have developed tasty things to eat (drink) that aren’t fattening. My favorite is vegetable juice mixed with fresh lime juice….delicious!
I went shopping today and came home with fabulous dark wash jeans. The funny thing is that before I discovered your channel I wouldn't have found those jeans even if I went to the same shop - because I would have just taken the first pair that fit without thinking if I could do better. Today I didn't care about how many jeans I tried (4 different styles, 2 colours, 2 sizes). I kept going till I found those perfect jeans because now I believe that I am worth the effort and that my standards are worth maintaining. Thank you so much Marie-Anne! You've changed my outlook on many important things.
HI Sparklie, I had not owned any jeans for years. And then I saw how amazing Marie-Anne looks in them, and voila! I had to have some, too. I adore my slender dark wash jeans (two pairs now) and my faded boot cut jeans. They are modern and hip--and they look elegant with a fitted blazer and heels or boots. I like to wear my double chain gold belt in the loops of my jeans: instant upgrade.
@@nataliamiles7109 That belt sounds fantastic Natalia. I was actually hesitating between the slim-leg and the boot cut - went with slim leg, but I'm now considering going back for the bootcut in a mid wash. I like the sounds of wearing those with a heeled boot .... thanks for the fashion inspiration!
@@sparklie962 Hi Sparklie, Wearing the jeans makes one look younger; Anne-Marie talked about this, and it's so true. Since jeans are casual, I always wear something elegant on top. Jeans have so much spandex in them these days, that they are comfy--unlike the stiff jeans in the old days (unless you washed them a million times).
Bonjour Marie-Anne! I wanted to mention hair. Hairstyles can truly make people look frumpy as well and would love you get your input on this. I love, love, love your channel. I have recently lost weight and am in the process of buying new clothes. Your advice has been so helpful.
Thanks for the tips, much appreciated! As a former retired NYC fashion illustrator and student of the history of costume/fashion, there are some looks that do indeed make a woman look frumpy! But, it's not always about weight, it's knowing what outfits look frumpy and what don't! One of the frumpiest looks I've seen on women esp. middle age or older women are cropped pants with heavy sneakers and straw hats! And another bad look is long maxi or midi dresses like the Boho Chic look which I happen to love worn with sneakers! Sneakers kill any look if they don't look good with certain outfits esp heavy running sneakers! Slim sandals or ballet flats would look better and with cropped pants that's more like the Audrey Hepburn elegant look. She never wore those heavy sneakers with her elegant outfits! I also find any scooped out neckline with the gathers also rather frumpy for some reason! There are other better looking necklines and V neck necklines are usually very lovely looking with dangly necklaces which is all the rage these days! I have a cousin in her 60s who is on the heavy side but she knows just how to dress for her build. She always looks classy and elegant and knows how to accessorize beautifully with long scarves and interesting jewelry! One notices her great style rather than her weight!🙂👗♥
Excellent. For me retiring four years and two of those with Covid and not going hardly anywhere or doing very much. I started a Fit bit and walk four miles a day weather permitting and joined a Gentle Yoga class for Seniors and met some new people. I also booked a trip to Ireland with hiking to keep motivated and have something to look forward to. I will be 70 next month.
Wow, Georgia, you are really going for the gusto! I am right behind you, turning 65 in November, and I, too, keep going. I graduated with my third MA in December. I am embarking on a new career. I am speed-walking 5 miles each and every night (1.5 hours). I am re-learning how to play the piano (just bought a digital piano). I wear 3 to 4-inch stiletto heels each day with fluidity and ease. I have more energy and strength than I did in my teens, 20s, etc. Seniors rule!
@@nataliamiles7109 Do be careful. My girlfriend tripped two months ago at age 66 on her own front step wearing high heels. She chipped both ankle bones. Very painful and she still has to wear a boot when on her feet for any length of time. Her husband said he was going to saw off all her high heels. She now wears flats. You are doing well as our balance declines as we age.
@@georgiafrye2524 Hello Georgia, Yes, balance for most people does decline with age. This is why I take very strong hormones (prescription) to build strong bones, and I also do my ballet exercises, which requires tremendous balance. My 5 miles of speed-walking and running each night also builds strong bones. A few years ago, I slipped in the snow and fell down 20 steep steps, but I was fine. Thank God for my strong bones at age 65!
Love this video.♥️ For 5 years I had to live in a town where frump was king. Every woman in that town was frumpy!!. Whenever I left the house dressed chic ,taylored & classic, I was asked by a very frumpy woman "Are you going out to sell you body to pay the rent?" I was finally able to move to another town where standards of dress were high - more my style - but by then the damage was done. Frump had crept into my wardrobe. & my life! I threw out all the frumpy clothes as soon as I moved. But today I am still struggling with my frump & trying to get back to my normal classic style.
I'm sorry that happened to you. It's wonderful that you got away from those negative and depressing people. That frumpy lady's comments say more about her unhappiness than anything about you. Good luck with rediscovering your style!
😄😄😄 I'm sorry but that's funny! I cannot believe she actually said that to you...wow, she sure had some issues! Lucky for you, you got the h*ll out of Dodge!
Dear Lucinda, Wow, I am glad that you are out of that hellhole. What a rude woman to talk to you in that manner. How dare she! So glad that you are back to elevating your style again. It is NEVER too late to change and become the person you were meant to be (or used to be). There is a great book about not letting others' opinions get us down; it's called The Four Agreements. Most libraries carry it. I highly recommend it! It may help you in your journey to get the Frump Factor out of your head. Natalia Utah P.S. I live in a tres frumpy town in Utah, but I dress like an elegant Audrey Hepburn each and every day and walk with pride in my high heels and my head held high. I refuse to let the frumps get me down, and I smile, smile, smile!! Why wouldn't I feel happy: I am singlehandedly representing the French Chic style in my town. Represent!
I love your videos, I am definitely working keeping the frump away. On a side note Marie-Anne I really like the spiky in the back hairstyle you have going on right now. I have always liked your hair, especially your attitude that it doesn’t have to be perfect but I wanted to share that I noticed and like your change up!
I agree completely with the "Would Jackie or Audrey wear it?" concept. You can look at their casual looks snd they always looked simple and elegant. My fashion icon are those 2 and Jennifer Aniston. I live in California and Jennifer Anistion is the epitome of CA chic and the way people dress here or at least aspire to...those 3 are def on my Pintrest board.
Being an at-home mom for years brought about a slump in how I kept myself. I was so tired and busy with kids and housework, caring for elderly parents, and going through menopause. Then, just as that phase was ending, COVID hit, everyone was in lockdown, and fashion seemed irrelevant and silly to me. Now I’m working and being around people again, and I’m feeling The Frump. I don’t want to be a slave to fashion and consumerism, but I want to feel better. These videos - tastefully and respectfully done - are helping. Merci!
I just returned from vacation in a very hot climate. Most of my time was spent relaxing, reading and walking on the beach and I found my elastic waist shorts and a cotton tshirt were my chosen outfit for comfort. This video is spot on as now that I am home, I need to dump that lazy frump! BTW, you look so good in that red jacket and your hair like that. Thanks for helping this senior citizen learn a better way to dress!
Wonderful message. Thank you Marie Anne. We all had a time in life that we let ourselves slip in standards and style. I am glad that phase is over to me. Your videos are helping me a lot to dress wisely to myself, my family and my business.
This is one of my favourite videos from you 💖 not only for the awesome style tips but especially for your insights on the psychological triggers that can make us really devalue ourselves, like a change in life circumstances or simply unhappiness. When that happens it's easy to go into a spiral and the frump is just the tip of the iceberg. And it's essential to address the issues and emotions that led to it in the first place.
This was so good. About 10 years ago there was some really tough stuff happening in my life and my standards dropped badly, mostly because I was physically and mentally exhausted all the time by what was going on. Thankfully life has been a lot better in recent years and I have been making an effort to get my standards back to where they were before the bad years. You have been a great help with this, Marie Anne, and I owe you a big thank you. These days I do tend to mix my items up differently from year to year as I tend to get bored with them if I don’t and I really enjoy getting a new piece, or five, each season and working them into my wardrobe. It keeps getting dressed new and exciting.
Hello Marie-Anne. I am worth the effort so I don't look frumpy at 65 years of age. I was so hesitant to purchase Birkenstocks, but I received a gift card and bought a pair. They were not very comfortable, so I didn't wear them for the first year I had them. Then I decided to try them again and yes, they are not the most attractive, but they are so comfortable and look great with casual linen pants and a t-shirt. I think they are more popular in the U.S. where I live. Thank you for your style tips. I hope to visit Paris soon!
Hello Marie-Anne. You are so right about foundation. I see so many middle-age women who spend a fortune on something like an outfit for a wedding but they wear the wrong underwear and ruin the look. They have wasted their money because they look like a sack of potatoes leaning against a barn wall! Good supportive underwear is more important than what goes on top.
My style definitely got frumpier after I retired…I didn’t feel important anymore. But then I realized I am important and worth it. But, I still didn’t know what to wear as a stylish retiree, or how to dress for my shape, or how to choose colors, etc. There are so many bad examples and terrible advice out there! I’m so happy to have found the best. This channel has changed my life. I can’t thank Marie-Anne enough for what she does on You Tube. She makes learning to be stylish easy and fun. Dump the frump!
Thank you Marie-Anne for yet another great video . Can you please have a video about how to wear oversized shirts that can also be worn as jackets . I have few kind of tweed , Chanel like but no lining . So they look not casual because of the material , but slightly oversized for a shirt and don’t quite know how to wear them . Thank you again . 🙏🏼🌹❤️
I hate to go anywhere unless I am dressed nice and have my hair and makeup done. My husband says it doesn’t matter , we are just going here and no one will look at you or no one will see you. He doesn’t understand that it is about how I feel about myself. I always notice what people look like and the ladies who look nice. I agree that good fitting foundations is most important! Look at yourself all the way around in a full length mirror before going out. The last couple of years, not counting lock down, I have tried to make new outfits. I used to hang matching items together. I used to wear mostly black without realizing it. Now I add color or a pop of color. There are a few trends each season that fits well with classic style. It is fun to add a trend though most of them don’t seem new!
Actually I think putting an outfit together in the closet is A good idea. I have blouses in one , slacks in another and dresses in a 3rd. Makes it hard to figure out what to wear sometimes
@@georgewagner7787 I do that too. Each season at the beginning I work out the outfits I want for that season. Then store them as outfits, so there's no difficult choices to make in the morning and very little danger of me picking an outfit that's unsuitable for the weather
Great video! I agree with all you shared. I think I would add to what you said that a great hair cut is essential. Your hair cut is absolutely lovely. I like the slight change. It goes to show that only a slight change can make you look updated. The red jacket you are wearing is beautiful. I love it. Thank you for sharing a superb video.
@@MarieAnneLecoeur Sharing your videos- GOES WITHOUT SAYING- I certainly do! The moment someone says to me, "you look fantastic! Something about you has changed... I can't put my finger on it..." I say, "Marie-Anne Lecoeur biensur!" LOL I also use your expressions (and give you credit), "If it's not a waow, it's a non." I send them one of your videos immediately and it opens up an entirely different qualitative conversation! You offer such fun and healthy exercises into reaffirming ourselves, returning to ourselves and rebuilding ourselves through the paradigm of style.... I also enjoyed your cooperation with the Italian stylist; it highlighted alternative subtleties that resonate more with my culture (louder, southern Europe, many, scolding hot summer months). Once again- merci beaucoup and have a lovely weekend.
Merci beaucoup Marie-Anne! Another wonderful video, I’m learning so much from you. I’m currently sorting out my wardrobe and getting rid of items I have not worn for a long time - it’s really therapeutic! I’ve only just found your videos, Marie-Anne so am enjoying going back over your posts from a couple of years ago. Thank you so much.
HI Jane, It feels good to purge my closet of unworn items, and it feels even better to donate them to Ugly's Closet (non-profit that helps single moms) down the street where they will be loved and cherished by those who buy them.
3:am in Cape Town and I do admit there are days I feel frumpy so yes thanks for the valuable advice and I’m excited to find a yoga class to help me dump the frump.🇿🇦
I admit...the smartest style move I ever made was getting properly fitted, by an expert, for a good brassiere...Ladies, this is the last place to be cheap - do you "really" know what size you wear? As always...a million thank yous to Madame Lecoeur...our style genius.
I LOVE these videos and the campaign against ugly shoes! There are plenty of attractive shoes that are comfortable! Yes- a bit harder to find- but they are out there. Also- my 50+ dump the frump tip is that I just bought myself a colorful and edgy pair of glasses!
SO glad I found your channel! I have many obstacles to wearing clothes because of health issues; yes, health issues. Because of this, bras, panties, anything that presses on my chest, waist or abdomen area makes me nauseated. However, after 8 years and your enthusiasm, I went to my closet and started afresh. It was difficult to find a size 42B bra that fit but I finally found one. After not wearing a bra for 8 years, no more sagging breasts. Basic white and black t-shirts that are made for woman. 3 new blazers. 2 pairs of jeans. A nice pair of black pants. I am on my way back to looking good. The biggest challenge is I am larger in the waist than hips or bust. And, after loosing 30 lbs., I have lots of loose skin on my upper and lower arms. I can't afford surgery so I am still experimenting to have upper arms covered without letting things flop. Thank you for your channel.
Bonjour Marie-Anne!!! I have shared your video with my sister. Nice to see a new video. I have ventured into booties & boots for this fall. All WOWS of course!! I continue to wear my clothes & discard those not working & put in a one year box the maybes. Enjoy your weekend! We are at the beach enjoying the cool weather. 💕🥂
I tend to go a bit bolder with jewelry and dress as you would call too young. I'm not ready to hang it all up. I'm fine with going totally casual in some circumstances. If I'm camping or staying at a mountain resorr, Birkenstocks are my best friend. Though I tend to wear them with shorts or capris. I still dress mostly in black when others my age go for bold colors. I have a fear of ending up like Elizabeth II in colors. It is possible to look elegant in t-shirts and jeans and I tell this to as many people as possible.
"I am worth the effort". Such powerful words, thank you! By the way, I love how you've been wearing your hair in these latest videos. Flipping up your short cut is very flattering on you.
Great message, Marie-Anne. I took note some time ago of your advice on foundation garments. So important. I had noticed recently that my boobs had gone a bit further south. I decided to invest time and money into getting the right bras. It ends up lifting your confidence, not just the boobs!
Very important points regarding standards and effort, Marie-Anne. I find mine have certainly slipped in recent years, and for me , a lot of that has to do with not feeling like I am 'enough' or 'worthy' of looking after... resulting in recently feeling like I am dealing with burnout and I'm currently working my way back to feeling like my old self again.
I enjoy these videos because you explain why a certain piece of clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. would be a wrong look and give helpful tips to complete a look. Could you recommend the best place to buy "foundation"? I recently had a bra fitting, bought a pricey bra that I don't really like anymore. Thank you!
Hello Marie- Anne the red jacket suits you adding vibrancy to your personality. I've been hanging on to 2 skirts I got in winter, pleated satin. I love the way they swish but the elastic waist it does emphasise the tummy... I have to say farewell to them I think 🤔 ❤️
I almost donated 2 pleated satin skirts today too. However just on a whim I tried not tucking the top in the waistband and wearing it loose over the skirt and it is a very good look. I’m short waisted so this is elongating and it covers the bulge around my waist and hips.
I’ve lost a stone and a half since last November and discovered your inspiring videos. I feel as though I’ve come alive again after feeling fat and frumpy for a few years. I was 60 last month and feel I look better now than I have for years. I love watching your videos. I start the day with one and my morning cup of tea 🫖.
That is wonderful Victoria 👏 best of luck with your weight loss journey 😘 I hope you can make my livestreams as well 😃 every thursday at 4pm Paris time x

I loved that youthful look on the older lady too--elegant and modern! What flair!
You look absolutely gorgeous in this vibrant red blazer
I loved the clip showing you walking down the path in green nature, wearing the pink blazer! Compliments!!!
One of the most inspiring shows ever! Raising my standards made me stop and evaluate my life.
Thank you for showing inclusive sizes in this video
I don't know if I have become more "frumpy" but a lot of times I really don't know what looks good on me so I just keep wearing the same old stuff. I really have trouble finding shoes. You always look so cute and fun in your outfits.
Bonjour Marie-Anne! Another great video with excellent pointers! Dump the Frump! We're all worth it!!
Marie- Anne, you ARE MY FASHION ICON! I have learned so much from you in this past year. Thank you for molding my inner beauty and outer beauty!
Your hair looks amazing in this video Marie-Anne.
Like your new hair dou, makes you look younger
Marie-Anne, You look gorgeous in your boucle blazer and white t-shirt: a definite Wow!
So funny: "The frump has let the building." Ha! So many great tips here. Thank you for educating us on a life of elegance, inside and out.
I thought about you yesterday. I picked up a frumpy pair of pants to wear to work and I immediately tossed it down. I dumped the frump. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I have also been using the three colors rule. Thank you. 🙏🏿
@@MarieAnneLecoeur Yes I did. I also went through some of my clothes today; and yes I dumped the frump. I am excited about this new lifestyle.
I have to admit that being the proper weight is Number One for dumping the frump. Not easy to admit because I enjoy good food.
I have developed tasty things to eat (drink) that aren’t fattening. My favorite is vegetable juice mixed with fresh lime juice….delicious!
Oh, that does sound delish! I will have to try it.
I love your hair, Marie-Anne! So beautiful!
Loving your new hair style … and your excellent advice as always!

Love your blazer Marie Anne…Red is your color!
You are looking classic and beautiful Marie-Anne💯!Thanks for sharing🙏
Shoes make or break an outfit. I hate those birkenstock. I would never wear them! Merci pour ce fantastique vidéo. Have a great day Marie-Anne!
Love this video.♥️
For 5 years I had to live in a town where frump was king. Every woman in that town was frumpy!!.
Whenever I left the house dressed chic ,taylored & classic, I was asked by a very frumpy woman
"Are you going out to sell you body to pay the rent?"
I was finally able to move to another town where standards of dress were high - more my style - but by then the damage was done.
Dear Lucinda,
Wow, I am glad that you are out of that hellhole.
Natalia
Utah
P.S. Represent!
I just love this channel. So informative and entertaining at the same time.👌💕
I love your videos, I am definitely working keeping the frump away.
Ohhh, that’s a scary question! Hah
Dump the frump! Amazing tips as always, Marie-Anne! We all deserve the effort and have fun with our wardrobe! 😍
Merci!
Style icons! I always think, would Marie-Anne wear this!
I love dressing well. It puts a smile on my face and puts a bounce in my step.
Hi Marie-Anne I agree about opposites. I wear a strand of pearls with a T shirt just for fun.
Wonderful message. Thank you Marie Anne. We all had a time in life that we let ourselves slip in standards and style. I am glad that phase is over to me. Your videos are helping me a lot to dress wisely to myself, my family and my business.
Very good advice Marie-Anne. I will be adding some color. 💃🏼
Great video! I'm overhauling my closet this weekend and will be looking to "dump the frump."
Love your videos! You look amazing in that rosy red!
Wow Marie-Anne, love your thumbnail picture as well as your red jacket and hairstyle, looking stunning as always.
"The frump has left the building" 😁😅😆😆.
@@MarieAnneLecoeur 🙏🏼🌹❤️
The frump ,has luft the building👍
Thank you Marie-Anne. Spot on as usual.
All great advice . Marie Anne I love your hair today , 👍👍
Thank you Marie-Anne for the philosophy that supports the exercise! LOVE THIS VIDEO
Really enjoyed rhe video. As a 51 year old I really loved this.🥰💕
3:am in Cape Town and I do admit there are days I feel frumpy so yes thanks for the valuable advice and I’m excited to find a yoga class to help me dump the frump.🇿🇦
👏👏👏💖
The red jacket really looks nice on you.
You're looking amazing - love your new hairdo! x
Thankyou Marie-Anne.
@@jackiec9285 oh what a coincidence, I might try that or maybe a blouse instead of a fitted top, thanks for the tip 😀
Merci! I hear your voice in my head, with charming accent and all☺️, every time I dress up!
