Awesome lure Cody. It worked perfectly in that beautiful clear water. So many of the lures I've made have some of my DNA in them, some from cuts, others from super glue. LOL Part of the lure making game I suppose. Glad it wasn't serious! I just printed a template for a 4-piece lure. I hope it works as well as yours did.

She's got some sweet moves in the water that's going to attract some attention. What a great lure! I was thinking how you eyeball most of your work. You freehand sketch the template from just looking at a reference picture. You drew the top profile without a template. You marked approximate locations to drill holes for the hardware. And the lure works perfectly! Then my wife happens to walk in the room and says, "He's not using calipers or measuring tools." 🤣😂 I thought it was funny that she said out load exactly what I was thinking. Keep up the good work Cody!
