@@ramuseepana9346 try swapping you're batteries(rechargable) or let the camera rest for a few days without use. I can hardly remember how I fixed it a few days ago but if works perfectly fine now.
Won’t take video but works fine otherwise. When I go to record it just shuts off with the battery exhausted message then it won’t work at all until I change the batteries completely
Turn on your camera and press the Menu Navigate to the Setup section and choose Battery type from the menu. Now select the appropriate battery type that you’re using and press the OK After doing that, the issue should be resolved.
If you go into your settings, there is a section for your battery. Choose which battery type you are using. Also, use high quality batteries and you'll find they last much longer. Thank you.
HI , My camera is not turning On.I went to a service center ,and they said battery leak issue. But I cant find any leakage marks in the battery slots. Is it something happening inside??Any help ??
Take a 12v battery charger - put it on 2amps - then hit the terminals of the bad battery for a second (until it sparks) - then charge it again - if that doesn't kick it into a full charge - then hit it with 10amps for a second
I don't know what this American grandpa tryna explain us, but there's this Indian dude in one of the video explaining that on the camera settings, you have to select what kind of battery you are using. For example if you use li-ion, choose li-on, if you use alkaline batteries, choose alkaline etc.
