I believe Damon is not the kind of person that everyone think he was. He just needs everyone to like him and a person who will truly love him no matter what. I do think that if everyone will see the good side of him, surely he'll be the best for Elena. I love how selfless Damon is, and how he do everything no matter what to protect and save the people he loves. DELENA WILL BE THE ENDGAME!

Nina Dobrev leaving completely killed this show. I still watched it out of curiosity as I am sure many people did but the chemistry between Damon and Stefan and the brotherly bond etc. just isn't enough to keep this going. The passions, the ups and downs of love was what made it so awesome in the first place. The last season just seemed like a bunch of mismatched stories put together. So disappointed :(

I like the song a lot and I like katherine to she was like my favorite character on the vampire dires I like Klaus also he was a cool character it was sad that they took her off the show.
It's probably because she was so well liked at the time of her death. Its better to kill a character while they're cared about and at their peek than to kill them when the audience is over them and won't care
it was because they knew nina dobrev was leaving the show after season 6, so they slowly had to cut off the characters played by that Katherine in season 5 and then elena in season 6
If they got rid of Katherine and Elena at the same time (because Nina was leaving) it would've been weird. So they killed Katherine earlier and gave her an amazing human storyline. She died a loved villian
