    Hi Matt - I have this printer (C315) and it consistently displays a message that it has a paper jam (both in the front and side). I'll unplug for 3+ minutes and then fire it back up. I may get a few jobs to print and then I get a paper jam warning. There is no paper jam and unplugging it for at least three minutes is the only way I've been able to have the paper jam message go away. I've read that a sensor may need to be replaced. Would you happen to have any thoughts or recommendations?

      Double check the paper size settings for the tray that you are using. Other than that it may need a service call to fix the issue. Contact Xerox at 1-800-835-6100 or use google and see if you can find a local Xerox dealer to take a look at it. Sorry if this sounds like a bland answer, but without standing in front of the machine, it is very hard to troubleshoot this kind of issue. Plus, if it has warranty then Xerox may just replace the machine.
