Who wants to move to Norway?

This search for a way in has been... very discouraging. The world has no love for manual laborers, no matter how skilled. If you're not a "digital nomad" or a war refugee, you're nobody.

I'm curious, does this visa (or the other digital nomad visas) allow you to find housing as a non citizen? I figured it was like here in America where you can't rent without providing a background check, SSN, etc.

Great question - yes you can rent as a non-citizen. Renting in Europe is different in that they don't do background checks. And it's not common to require you to have a local ID number, however, some landlords may require this (on a digital nomad visa you will be required to acquire a local ID number after moving to X country). Mainly landlords want to see proof of income and may require a paying multiple months upfront. I hope this helps!

Yikes! Taxes in Norway will take a huge bite out of your income.

Hi - can I have some clarification on what a Contract Client means. Does this just mean an employer? And also, does it have to be in a specific skilled field or it can be any job paying that much?
