Wet Batter:
2 cups all purpose flour

2 eggs
2.5 cups water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp chicken powder
Dry Coating:
2.5 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
