@@brandonroy5350 Shakur never ducked Haney he just rejected 25% and went the mandatory route which would've lead to a purse bid if agreement isnt reached between both parties, Shakur would've earned way more than what Haney was offering if it went to purse bid, but Haney vacated the belt instead of letting it go to purse bid.
