Correction in the video: Its called Pkar Slar Temple (not Pak Slar) 🤓
After a crazy adventure riding the old Battambang Bamboo Train, we went to the magnificent Phnom Banan Temple. Although this temple is about as old as the Angkor Wat, it is located far away from Siem Reap (where most of the Angkor temples were built). We climbed up the long stairway to the peak of the Banon mountain to explore this temple. After that we headed south west of the city, to Phnom Samphov where we visited the infamous Killing Caves where the Khmer Rouge killed many innocent Cambodians just like they did in the Killing Fields outside Phnom Penh (which we visited in our earlier Phnom Penh vlogs). After that we visited a few more temples atop the mountain before climbing down in a hurry to see the incredible magic of Bats! Do not miss the Bat Cave nor the ominous music playing at that time all around. And we also visited the Secret Bat Cave look out point - watch our video to know more!

Awesome place and it is absolutely fabulous. I was awestruck by the beauty of Cambodia. This was called as camboja desham in the past and it was part of the ancient United Bharat, which was known as Aryavart 5000 years back during the time of Mahabharata. You can just say in lay mans term all of Cambodia was India 5000 years back. I was lost in time really and was just wondering about the glorious past of my greatest country Bharat...which is now called as India...🙏🙏

Thank you for appreciating the content! As much as we'd love to do the videos in more than two languages (we're doing in English here and in our common mother tongue Kannada on the SN Kannada Travelers Channel), it's very difficult to make these videos in more languages 😔 we're already sitting in the room on many days only editing instead of being out exploring! Also, Shishira is still learning Telugu while my Telugu is the Bangalore dialect (with Kannada mixed) - so we're not at all fluent! 🙈 But we hope that our Telugu brothers and sisters will support us and enjoy our videos even in other languages as we're just an ordinary Indian couple trying to inspire many to follow their dreams! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
