completely agree with you I honestly would only recommend this for a airsoft gun I would never run it on anything I used for self defense or hunting

Picked one up .... do not run an optic you care about !!!! or safety wire the lever up . recoil opens the lever mount falls off

I am not a fan of it personally I think I will find another option for a optic mount. but thanks for the heads up that is a awesome idea
