Rufous Hummingbird

Here we feature the sounds of Rufous Hummingbirds, including wing and tail sounds from the male and vocal sounds from both sexes. They spend spring and summer in northwestern North America and are the most northerly breeding hummingbird. Most spend the winter in Mexico.

Beautiful!! I have a Rufous that sits on a tiny branch next to one of my feeders, guarding it 24/7 and shooing off other hummers that come near it. So, I put 5 other feeders in other areas of my yard so other hummers have many other feeders to choose from uninterrupted.🥰
