Demolition of a 60-year-old single-story housing complex in Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture

In 2024, demolition work will begin on a single-story house built between 1962 and 1964 in a corner of the Ohirayama housing complex. Some of the building remains in ruins, but it is expected to be demolished within a few years. Once again, I was able to witness the power of nature and a 60-year-old rental housing complex.
