Brunckow's cabin and Millville are on Bureau of Land Management land within the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA). Day visits are free; there is a fee for camping overnight. There's plenty of private property in the area, too. Watch for signs, and don't go onto private property to access the cabin. Try to visit when it’s cool because there’s no shade at all along this route. It’s hot as blazes in warmer months. 🥾☀
I just discovered your channel and I love it. I lived in Sierra Vista during three separate times in my life and it holds a special place in my heart. In fact, if it wasn't for marital commitments, I'd probably be down there...well, there or Tucson or Green Valley or Bisbee...you get the picture. I also enjoyed the Dolomites video. My family and I lived in Vicenza for a couple of years and we went hiking in the Dolomites and all over the Sudtirol whenever we had the opportunity. Good memories...
I'm so glad the videos bring back good memories! Sierra Vista is an under-the-radar gem, for sure. How fortunate you are to have lived in Vicenza. I lived near Heidelberg for 10 years (worked for DoDDS) and was lucky to have an ex in Vicenza and friends in Aviano and was able to visit now and then. So incredibly beautiful!
@@karenflynnhikes Oh yeah..the best thing about Vicenza was definitely its prime location in northern Italy. I mean, I lived just 30 miles west of Venice and 15-20 minutes from Verona! Every weekend was a mini vacation and four-day weekends, which we had every month, were actual vacations. Our kids were at pre-school age when we lived there, so they don't remember much, but that allowed us to travel constantly without any impediments.

Enjoyed the hike and your history video! 🥾🌵⛰️🌞
I'm glad we skipped the part of the hike where I would have fallen into the San Pedro!
That’s crazy that we live so close to such a historic place! How cool! ❤❤❤
It was a very busy place for a very short period of time.

Nice video😂❤
And not one ghost or apparition!
Watching from Ireland. Great music.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. This area of Arizona isn't quite as green as beautiful Ireland! ☘
