Gu Ru Zhangs father Ku Li Tze was a master of the Tantui systems. I can’t say enough about how much I love Tantui, and how practicing it made me strong and healthy, and how practical it is. Even to this day I practice Tantui. Tantui was one of the main things I trained on when I won the grand championship at the 2023 DC Capital Classics China Kungfu Open tournament.
